Following signifiant and close collaboration, we’re excited to announce that the first data flows from South Western Ambulance Service have been successfully achieved!
This is a significant milestone. The service covers a population of 5.5 million people, and this new data will now be linked with hospital data from University Hospital Southampton and road traffic collision data.
At the heart of the PRANA Registry is the goal of bringing together datasets from across the healthcare system. By consolidating and linking this data, we hope to:
· Improve direct care for individuals
· Reduce risks for both patients and clinicians
· Enhance population health
· Evaluate the impact of new professional roles on the UK health economy
· Support service planning and improvement
· Enable future research and innovation
